This system has been designed to stand alone or work with DSI's Producer Payroll system, Production/Inventory system, or the Liquid Purchases module.

The term ‘dairy liquid’ can encompass a wide range of user defined items. This can include the usual milk, cream and skim, but also manufactured products such as condensed products, custom mixes, and by-products.
The sales system tracks bulk dairy sales to customers. It will price and create dairy liquid invoices and create the appropriate accounting entries for posting to the general ledger.
