If modifcations or customizations are required we have the DSI staff that developed the product s available to make those changes. Our goal is to minimize customization unless needed.
TRAINING - DSI offers installation, migration and education and training of our products at the client site and/ or at our corporate headquarters. We also offer Webinars to do ongoing education. CLIENT CONFERENCE - DSI has a biennual client conference. It is a combination of software education on each application, introduction to new updates and enhancements, industry changes and requirements i.e. understanding the federal order system, dairy costing, etc. We have industry specialists speak and offer hands- on -lab for individual customer meetings to make sure we are meeting YOUR needs. Customers from coast to coast attend and the networking also adds value to these conferences. Roundtable discussions are held to guarantee our customers have a voice in the direction of the software’s future updates and enhancements.
